Focus on your breathing. Breath fully in through your nose. Let go trough your mouth.

Try to actively relax your muscles. Start with your head, and go down to your eyebrows, cheeks, mouth, chin, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, breast, belly, back, legs, feet and toes.

Close your eyes and guide your thoughts to a relaxed place. For example imagine you are in a hammock under the starry sky.

Keep your eyes closed and try not to think about anything. Exile every single thought. After a while you’ll notice your mind will become in a dream-like state.
